
Pearl Abyss employees have received a very generous bonus thanks to the commercial success of Crimson Desert. With over 5 million units sold worldwide, the action-adventure game ranks among the year’s best-sellers.
As a result, the South Korean studio awarded 5 million won (approximately €2,893) to each of its 733 employees. This amounts to a total of €2.1 million distributed to the company’s staff. Heo Jin-young, CEO of Pearl Abyss, issued a statement.
