It feels like only yesterday that the Xbox rose to challenge the PlayStation’s dominance in modern gaming, but it’s been two and a half decades already!
XBOX is celebrating that milestone by bringing two limited edition versions of the Series X and the iconic XBOX Controller. The Series X25 Limited Edition is bringing all the power of the console and 1TB of storage to a translucent green shell that lets the celebratory logo and the green power button stand out very well. It also comes with nods to a lot of the memories you’ve made with your consoles over the years, although a closer look is in order before we get to tell you more about them.
The Xbox Wireless Controller X25 Special Edition brings a similar green hue to the original face button colors and bumpers that are aimed at reminding you of the original black and white ones on the Duke controller that shipped back in the day with the first iteration of the console. The console and controller are hitting the shelves in November this year, although they’re only available in select markets. You could also pick up the Controller separately, if you so wish. We expect pricing details and information on availability to be shared later down the line.
