Xbox Game Pass could get more changes… but not in 2026

Xbox Game Pass underwent some major changes last year. Microsoft completely revamped its service, revising the content of its plans and their prices. And it seems we can’t rule out further changes after all…

According to Tom Warren of The Verge, the American manufacturer is already considering more minor changes. For example, Microsoft would like to add additional third-party services to Game Pass. Remember that the current Ultimate package includes Fortnite Crew, Ubisoft+ Classics, and EA Play.

In addition, the company is also considering merging Xbox Game Premium with PC Game Pass. The latter is sold for $14.99 per month. Finally, Warren added that these hypothetical changes are not expected to take effect until 2027.
