It’s been over six months since Ubisoft and Tencent first announced that a new subsidiary to house Rainbow Six, Far Cry, and Assassin’s Creed, Ubisoft’s biggest franchises, would be formed and partially owned by Tencent, with the Chinese publisher getting a 25% minority stake for investing 1.16 billion euros.
