We keep getting rumors about the PS6. Sony has yet to say anything on the matter, but it’s new console should be playable both on the go and on a TV. Today, we’re going to talk about backwards compatibility.
During the “Broken Silicon” podcast on the “Moore’s Law Is Dead” channel, the guests stated that the console will be capable of playing both PS4 and PS5 games.

I just wanted to reveal this to you today: the PS6 is backward compatible with the PS4 and PS5, and it’s clearly stated everywhere. Even the portable console is compatible with PS6, PS5, and PS4 games.”
Of course, only Sony can officially confirm this information.
