
Originally released in May 2011 before being ported to various platforms, the narrative detective game L.A. Noire unfortunately never received a sequel. It nonetheless has a large fan base and has sold approximately 7.5 million copies.
During an event held in Las Vegas this week, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, was asked about the possible return of L.A. Noire. While he dodged the question, the businessman didn’t completely rule it out.
« You never know. To put it simply, we’re always considering doing something with all our intellectual property in the future, but we don’t have anything to announce at this time. »
So there’s no need to get too excited, as Rockstar Games is now exclusively focused on the GTA and Red Dead Redemption franchises.
