Supergirl is already getting a new adaptation after movie bombs at box office

It’s no secret that director Craig Gillespie and writer Ana Nogueira’s take on Supergirl was a box-office flop. Though we at Polygon quite enjoyed our time with the film, calling it a solid superhero drama, Milly Alcock’s big adventure as Kara Zor-El failed to hit the mark with an opening weekend that put it on par with the maligned Joker 2.
