Sony’s All-Digital PlayStation Plan Hits Political Resistance in Mexico as Legislators Cite Antitrust Threat to Retailers and Resale

The games industry is still reeling from Sony’s switch to a digital-only PlayStation future starting in January 2028, but after fierce backlash from fans and developers, Sony may now face opposition from politicians, too.
