In Brief:Roblox “remains one of our biggest development priorities,” according to Nakamoto Games, which says work is ongoing across several titles now that Escape from Era has reached beta.Weapon systems were finished this week and trap mechanics were refactored for Steal & Defend, per the studio.Behind the effort is Siam Playground, which went into beta on May 13 as NAKA’s debut Roblox environment and the first shipped product of its Web2-first approach.Work is progressing on several Roblox titles at Nakamoto Games in the wake of Escape from Era’s beta debut, with most of the past week’s effort directed at a second title, Steal & Defend.According to the studio, weapon systems for that game are now finished and its trap mechanics have been refactored. In a post on X, Nakamoto Games described Roblox as one of its “biggest development priorities.”

Steal & Defend has no announced release window, and the studio was similarly silent on when Escape from Era will leave beta. What’s already liveNakamoto’s first Roblox environment, Siam Playground, entered beta on May 13. Built natively within Roblox, the Thai-themed multiplayer village features festival settings, social areas, player progression, event systems and Roblox economy integration, with the whole thing tuned for mobile. No wallet is required to jump in, and token integration is left optional. The NAKA token lives on Polygon, though the team has said it intends to extend the ecosystem to Solana, BNB Chain and Avalanche. The post-launch roadmap promised fresh maps, broader gameplay systems and seasonal content beginning in June and July. Subsequent development updates flagged three additional maps under active construction, along with tutorial and UI work targeting onboarding. The rest of the slateThe studio’s development updates have revealed two further Roblox projects. Roblox Run’s gameplay systems are complete, its audio implementation finalized, and its shop systems, VFX, progression, rewards and UI all wrapped up. A tower defense game has picked up daily rewards, plus balance and performance tweaks and new visual systems.Beyond Roblox, the pipeline covers an app store submission for Metal Rampage and mobile builds of Trick or Seek. NAKA Merge 2048 has a finished WebGL build, while its mobile counterpart sits in final QA. A 3D avatar system is finished and pending review. PlugPlayEarn — positioned as a rapid onboarding funnel for shuttling Web2 players into Web3 — is in final frontend implementation and validation.Distribution ties it all together. Nakamoto has cast the Roblox effort as one piece of a multi-platform push with steady releases, targeting a player base well beyond crypto gaming’s usual reach. The token hasn’t followedNone of that execution has registered in the price. April saw NAKA hit an all-time low of $0.20.Some of that is structural. Because Siam Playground can be played without NAKA, any connection between Roblox player numbers and token demand is indirect at best. Value generated by the Roblox slate must instead flow through optional integrations and future products rather than a gate at the entrance. That’s the strategy by design, not an unintended consequence. Nakamoto deliberately made its Roblox titles playable for people who have never touched a token, a point the studio has repeated since May.Coverage of Escape from Era and Steal & Defend exists nowhere outside Nakamoto’s own channels.
