Planet Coaster 2: Parades DLC floats into the game next week

Frontier Developments has revealed Planet Coaster 2: Parades, the biggest DLC pack for the game to date, which will launch next week on 25th June.

While parades will sadly not be able to cater to deceased spies, they will be able to delight your park visitors, taking inspiration from the regular processions that run through Disney’s theme parks and giving park managers control to customise and craft their own unique celebrations.

Parade floats can be crafted from scratch or use and adapt blueprints, using over 250 items of float scenery to do this. Frontier show off things like Viking longships, unicorn-themed convoys and more. Alongside the floats, you then have entertainers and attendants walking next to them, riding on them, and leading the procession.

The Parades expansion will also bring two new rollercoasters, two new flat rides and a new transport ride to take advantage of, and a new theme inspired by small town Americana and classic park plazas is also included.

• Enjoy a laid-back journey through the park on the FD Vision Electric Trolley, perfect for scenic and comfortable guest transport. 
• Spin and drop with the JUMPIN’ DISC and LITTLE DIPPER, two brand new flat rides offering park attendees a spinning ride that bounces in all directions and a mini drop tower for kids. 
• Illuminate every evening with 19 sparkling new Firework Emitters, adding dazzling effects to the night.
• Curate the ultimate vibe with six new themed music tracks. 
• Set the mood with 10 new ambient sounds for speakers including: A Busy Bakery, Barbershop, Cosy Room, Classic Car Engine, and more

Planet Coaster 2: Parades will launch on 25th June for a price of £14.99/$18.99/€18.99.

Free update 10 will also launch on that day, adding illuminations for entertainers to light up the park, the return of Vista Points fromt he first game, new Event Points that can trigger for guests, tracks able to cross paths for transports, new celebration scenery like bunting, mementos for guests and more.
