Playground Games is well on its way to a massive hit with Forza Horizon 6. The racing game will launch in advance on May 15 and become available to everyone on May 19, 2026.
Now, Rhys Elliott of Alinea Analytics has revealed that the game has sold 500,000 copies in pre-orders on Steam alone. An impressive result just one month before launch. On Valve’s platform, Forza Horizon 6 has already generated over $30 million.
Furthermore, based on comparisons with other well-known titles and big sequels in the video game industry, Forza Horizon 6 could sell 2 million units on Steam within 24 hours. The marketing momentum over the coming weeks could further boost these figures.
