Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is bringing a new playable character to its expanding roster, and it’s Wolfgang Krauser, who debuted in Fatal Fury 2 as the main antagonist.
Formerly known as the Emperor of Darkness before his supposed demise at the hands of the Legendary Hungry Wolf (read: Terry Bogard), Krauser is dead set on revenge. He might just attain it with a moveset that mixes stabs, slams, overheads, aerial attacks, and grappling moves to keep his opponents guessing. His raw power is offset by his seemingly slower starting animations, although that’s no reason to take this formidable fighter lightly. Alongside other modes, Krauser will also get his own chapter in Episodes of South Town.
If you’re looking to learn more, his April 24 debut will be preceded by a livestream on the 23rd, celebrating the game’s first anniversary while detailing some major changes as part of an update.
Krauser joins a host of new additions like Nightmare Geese, Fist of the North Star’s Kenshiro, and Blue Mary as part of Season Pass 2. Check out some of his moves below in the latest trailer.
