EA Sports has followed the gameplay trailer it showcased for UFC 6 a few days ago, with a deeper look at the new mechanics and improvements from its predecessor, including for the faces.
The visuals have definitely been bumped up, with more details and character models that look frighteningly close to the real thing. That works well with new animations that make movements look natural and realistic.
Your characterâs stats are more meaningful and translate into actual pros and cons in the ring. Once hands have been thrown, you have a lot of flexibility to bring your personal fighting style to the ring with choices like Evasive, Balanced, and more affecting your movement. Donât worry, though â there are plenty of opportunities to get as creative as you can while bringing down your opponent.
Youâre going to want to take advantage of the new mechanics to get to your Flow State, and control the flow (pun intended) from there. Of course, thatâs easier said than done, but itâs looking like quite a rewarding journey when this one launches on July 19th on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Unfortunately, thereâs still no word on the rumored PC versionâs release date.
The new gameplay showcase is below, and itâs probably one you donât want to miss if youâre looking forward to the game.

This deep dive into EA Sports UFC 6 sounds intriguing! It’s exciting to see how theyâre enhancing signature movements and combat styles. Looking forward to more details as the release date approaches!
