While Capcom is enjoying a golden age thanks to its iconic franchises like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter, there is one series still missing from the lineup.
After all, many players are calling for a return of Dino Crisis. For now, Capcom doesn’t seem inclined to grant fans’ wishes, and Yoshiaki Hirabayashi’s recent statement isn’t going to help matters.
The producer of Resident Evil Veronica, set to release in 2027, was asked about Dino Crisis. He simply said he had no comment, even though he knows the answer. We’re not really any closer to a resolution here…
However, there is still hope, as Capcom has revived or is set to revive old franchises like Onimusha, Okami, and Mega Man through new games so far.
