Developed by Arkane Lyon and published by Bethesda, Marvel’s Blade was announced two years ago. We got a first cinematic trailer back then, which helped build hype, but unfortunately, there hasn’t been much new information since then.
Following the rocky launch of Redfall in 2023, Arkane’s most recent title, it was reasonable to wonder about the studio’s future. We now have some answers, provided by Todd Howard, designer and executive producer at Bethesda, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. He says with a smile:
“I’m not at liberty to say when [we’ll see more], but I saw some stuff just yesterday [on May 21] and the folks at Arkane [Studios, the developers] are doing a really, really great job.”
While we don’t learn anything very specific from this brief statement, it’s still reassuring to hear good news from Bethesda regarding the smooth development of Marvel’s Blade, as well as the status of Arkane Lyon.
