This Thursday, April 23, Anno 117: Pax Romana was supposed to get the new Prophecies of Ash DLC along with the free 1.5 update. Unfortunately, Ubisoft has confirmed a last-minute delay due to a technical issue.
The French publisher says it has encountered a “potentially savegame-breaking issue”. As a result, the patch and additional content will now arrive on April 30 across all platforms.
The update is expected to bring trade rebalancing, an adjusted word filter in single-player mode, and improvements to the trade route screen. Players will also be able to zoom in on the mini-map, enjoy visual improvements to the interface, and access the Favorites category using a controller.

It’s always disappointing to see delays, but it’s great that the team is prioritizing fixing the major bug. Looking forward to the updates and the new DLC when it’s ready!
