Digital Eclipse has announced a major new feature for Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection. The latest update to the compilation has introduced cross-play.
As a result, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC players can now face off online via the « Quick Play » and « Online Arcade » modes. Since the feature is disabled by default, you’ll need to go into the menu to enable it. Additionally, the « 2v2 » mode is now playable online.
Finally, VRR (variable refresh rate) is now available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X, Xbox One S, Switch 2 (in handheld mode), and PC.
