Bobby Kotick had discussed microtransactions in Call of Duty with Jeffrey Epstein

Several major players in the video game industry had ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Recently released documents have revealed that Leslie Benzies, former president of Rockstar North, has been accused of sexual assault by Sarah Ransome, his former girlfriend who was also a victim of Epstein.

Now it is the turn of Bobby Kotick, the former CEO of Activision Blizzard, to be named. He exchanged emails with Jeffrey Epstein in 2012 on a specific subject. They discussed the implementation of microtransactions within the Call of Duty franchise to “indoctrinating kids into an economy”. In other emails dating back to 2015, Epstein made no secret of his interest in the booming gaming industry.

At this time, Kotick has not been charged in connection with this case. He simply appears in the emails mentioned above.
