Released on November 14 on PS5 and PC, Where Winds Meet has made a very convincing debut. Everstone Studio’s free-to-play game is an open-world action-adventure RPG that transports us to 10th-century China.
Since its release, the game has peaked at 193,860 concurrent users on Steam. At the time of writing, it ranks sixth among the most played titles on Valve’s platform, which puts it ahead of Battlefield 6, Apex Legends, and Warframe. On X, the studio even stated that its game surpassed 2 million unique players on PS5 and PC in just 24 hours.
Users seem pretty pleased by Where Winds Meet, which has a “very positive” review average on Steam, with 81% of the 711 published to date being favorable.
