Yesterday, we kicked off our look back at the five-year anniversary of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. As part of that, we asked you to help us figure out the best first-party game between those consoles. We picked 16 games — eight Sony-published games from the PS5 library and eight Microsoft games from the Xbox Series X side — and dropped them into a good old-fashioned east vs. west bracket. You, our readers, showed up ready for some friendly competition and gave us one heck of an exciting first round.
