
If Rockstar Games ever needs help porting its older games to Switch, it may have found it! A studio has just volunteered to port two of Rockstar’s titles to Nintendo’s console(s).
In a recent interview, Andy Fong, Technical Director at Virtuos, expressed his enthusiasm for porting GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2 to the Switch.
“The team is eager to adapt Grand Theft Auto 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 for the Nintendo Switch. We’re personally big fans and believe these games can shine again on the Switch, delighting even more players.”
Virtuos is known for developing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. The studio has also been involved in projects such as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, the port of Forza Horizon 5 to PS5, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
