Last week, Valve appeared to have received a first large shipment of Steam Controllers. This suggested that the controller’s release might be imminent.
This time, SteamDB supports this theory, as a page titled “steam_controller_unboxing_2026” was added on April 20. If Valve took the time to create an unboxing video for its device, it likely means the launch is not far off.
