Two new adventure games are out on the PlayStation 5. Better yet, both games are available to try for free thanks to some extended demos.

Promising PS5 adventure games ‘What have you done, Father?’ and ‘Salvation: Echoes of War’ drop free demos on PS Store

Making Port’s murder mystery visual novel What Have You Done, Father? is available to check out for free thanks to a new demo. The game follows the story of a young priest in a forbidden affair with a woman who mysteriously goes missing. The game itself is $14.99 on the PS Store.

“Play as Father Mathias Marton, a revered priest trapped in a web of forbidden desires and sinister events. Unravel the mysteries of a corrupt rectory, confront your inner demons, and walk the blurred line between sin and salvation,” reads the game’s official description.

Salvation: Echoes of War also has a free demo available. The third-person action game is set in purgatory and follows a war pilot trapped in a comatose nightmare, forced to confront memories from his past. The game itself isn’t out just yet, but is slated for a release sometime later this year.

“Immerse yourself in a surreal third-person adventure set within the haunting depths of purgatory,” reads the game’s official description. “You play as a war pilot trapped in a comatose nightmare, forced to confront his traumatic past. Navigate eerie environments inspired by historical wars, using stealth, puzzle-solving, and strategic, non-aggressive combat to survive. With the help of your intelligent, loyal companion, uncover secrets hidden within this shadowy realm. Can you face your fears and reclaim your life from the echoes of war?”
