Tokyo Game Show 2025: Sega Teases 4 Mystery Titles

Sega has revealed its lineup of games for this year’s Tokyo Game Show 2025. A new website dedicated to Sega’s showcase went live and confirmed four unannounced titles marked only as Coming Soon. These mystery games will be unveiled during the event.

Sega Games at Tokyo Game Show 2025

Sega’s booth will feature both its own titles and collaborations with other publishers.

Highlights include the highly anticipated Borderlands 4 alongside Sega’s first-party releases. Here’s the full list:

Sega TGS 2025 Titles

  • Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds

  • Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O

  • Persona 3 Reload

  • Persona 5: The Phantom X

Non-Sega TGS 2025 Titles

  • Football Manager 2026

  • SEGA Football Club Champions 2025

  • EA Sports FC 26

  • Project Motor Racing

  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl

  • Borderlands 4

The Four Unannounced Sega Games at TGS 2025

The official website doesn’t provide any details about the four mystery titles, and Sega’s press release also avoided any hints. With it labled as ‘Coming Soon’, it could be a mix of announced and unannounced projects. Still, I have a few guesses:

RGG Studio Projects

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s upcoming projects are either one or two of the four teased. RGG is working on the new Virtua Fighter game, to which they showed the public first-ever gameplay footage of the project during EVO 2025.

The second game that is possible to be in the lineup is the next entry in the Like a Dragon series (Yakuza), as last year, RGG did reveal Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii during the show.

Persona 4 Revival

Another likely reveal is Persona 4 Revival, which was teased during the Xbox Games Showcase back in June 2025, but hasn’t been fully shown yet.

The fourth and final unknown title could be anyone’s guess. It’s possible a completely new title from any of their high-profile franchises, be it Sonic, another Like a Dragon title, or go big and show off the next mainline entry in the Persona series.

What do you think?

The 2025 Tokyo Game Show is happening from September 25 to September 28 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba City, Japan. Business days will be from September 25 to September 26, while public days will begin September 27 and continue until September 28.
