The next video game set for a film/TV adaptation has been announced, and it is developer RubberBandGames’ sandbox game Wobbly Life.
The London-based developer has announced a deal with veteran Hollywood producer Adrian Askarieh and his Prime Universe Films company to develop Wobbly Life for film and TV. This does not mean that Wobbly Life will definitely become a film or a TV series, only that the company has secured the rights and may begin the development process.
Prime Universe previously produced the Hitman movies starring Timothy Olyphant and Rupert Friend. Askarieh is also attached to the in-development Hitman TV show in the works now.

Exciting news about the game getting a movie and TV deal! It’s always interesting to see how beloved games are adapted for the screen. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!
characters and stories translate to the screen. I wonder how closely the adaptations will follow the game’s narrative. It could really bring a new audience to the original game!
That’s a great point! It’s always interesting to see how filmmakers adapt the game’s narrative and characters to fit a different medium. Sometimes, they add new layers to the story, which can enhance the overall experience. It’ll be exciting to see how they balance staying true to the game while also making it accessible for a wider audience!
