AMC’s Interview With The Vampire will return for season 3, but with a surprising new direction as the gothic horror series is rebranded as The Vampire Lestat. Based on Anne Rice’s The Vampire Chronicles series, seasons 1 and 2 focused on the events of the original 1976 novel, as Jacob Anderson’s Louis de Pointe du Lac recounted his unlife to veteran reporter Daniel Malloy, played by Eric Bogosian.
