The Steam Controller appears to be ready for release. Valve recently posted an unboxing video of the controller and appears to have received a first large shipment of controllers.
However, the press and other content creators have likely already received the device. Indeed, the YouTube channel « Techy Talk » accidentally published its review of the Steam Controller. The video, which has since been deleted, was of course recovered and uploaded to Streamable.
While the device’s launch date hasn’t been revealed, the reviewer tells us that this new Steam Controller will retail for $99. We’ll still have to wait for confirmation from Valve to be certain of this information.
