In fact, the usually well-informed insider Dusk Golem stated on X that Capcom is expected to announce the remake of Code Veronica as early as next year. The launch is scheduled for 2027. As for the remake of Resident Evil 0, it is planned for 2028.
Of course, the Japanese publisher will likely not mention this new version of Code Veronica before the release of Resident Evil Requiem on February 27, 2026.
