Launched last year in South Korea and Taiwan, AION 2 will finally receive a global release. The MMORPG will launch in 2026 on PC via Steam and Purple, NCsoft’s own launcher.
For this launch, servers in Europe, North America, South America, and Japan will be set up. The exact release date has not been announced, but further details will be revealed in May.
Back in 2008, the original AION managed to attract over 7 million active players each month.
