The creators of MultiVersus form Airlock Games

Following the shutdown of the MultiVersus servers on May 30, the creators of the fighting game left Warner Bros. Games to form a new studio themselves.

So, production director Justin Fischer and technical director Brock Feldman have launched Airlock Games. The company’s goal is to make games on a limited budget « as efficiently as possible. » The aim is to offer « a deliberate response to the increasing complexity of AAA title development. »

Their first game is What the Stars Forgot, a horror-oriented management simulation title with 16-bit graphics. It will be available in early access on Steam later this year. A Kickstarter campaign has also been launched.
