T1 wins the 2025 League of Legends Worlds

This weekend, during the grand final of Worlds 2025, T1 secured its third consecutive title and sixth in its history. The South Korean team defeated KT Rolster 3-2.

Although T1 once again lifted the Summoner’s Cup, the final was not plain sailing for the world champions. After losing the first game, KT Rolster came back strong to win the next two and put T1’s back against the wall. However, Faker’s team managed to prevail thanks to its experience. Doran, who joined T1 in 2024, won his first League of Legends World Championship.

Worlds 2025 also broke the competition’s audience record. For example, the quarterfinal between T1 and Anyone’s Legend peaked at 3.27 million viewers, while the final on Sunday, November 9, has already reached 6.1 million views on YouTube.
