It’s true that since its announcement in September 2021, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake has been gone from the spotlight. Thus, it’s always good to remind people that the project still exists.
That’s what Tim Willits, creative director at Saber Interactive, did in a recent interview with IGN. He was asked whether the game was still alive and well. His answer was clear, if somewhat lacking in concrete information.
“Yes, it’s still in development. That’s all I can say.”
Initially, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Remake was supposed to be a PS5 exclusive developed by Aspyr. Following development issues, the game was transferred to Saber Interactive in 2022.
It’s exciting to see that the Knights of the Old Republic Remake is still in development! Fans have been eagerly awaiting updates since the announcement, and it’s great to know that progress is being made. Looking forward to seeing what they bring to this classic!
