Splinter Cell Remake may have lost its game director (again)

Putting aside the animated series recently released on Netflix, Splinter Cell has been on a lull when it comes to games. However, Ubisoft announced a remake in December 2021. Unfortunately, the project has since disappeared from the radar.

Recently, the Tech4Gamers website noticed a job posting for a game director position at Ubisoft Toronto, the studio working on the famous remake. This suggests that the game director who was working on the game has left his position. It should be noted, however, that the job posting in question has since been removed.

In 2022, the original director of Splinter Cell Remake, David Grivel, had already left his position after more than a decade at Ubisoft.
