
The NeoGeo AES (Advanced Entertainment System) was released in 1990. At the time, the console was designed to bring arcade games directly into gamersβ living rooms. It featured the exact same components as arcade cabinets, with no compromises at all.
SNK will now bring this experience back to life with the launch of the NeoGeo AES+ on November 12, 2026. It will be available for β¬199.99 / $249.99 / Β£179.99 in both standard and 35th Anniversary editions. A selection of game cartridges will be sold for β¬79.99 / Β£69.99.
The console will feature a low-latency HDMI output at 1080p. It will also be capable of permanently saving high scores. A NeoGeo AES+ arcade controller, a memory card, and a classic controller will be available for purchase.
