Konami has announced that Silent Hill f, the newest mainline title in the series developed by NeoBards Entertainment, has sold over one million copies. Launched on September 25th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, it achieved this milestone by September 26th.
According to the publisher, itβs already exceeding the pace set by Silent Hill 2 remake in Japan and other regions. The latter crossed one million sold in its first week, but it would take several months to sell over two million.
While Silent Hill f isnβt as highly rated on Steam as the remake, it peaked at 22,621 concurrent players compared to Silent Hill 2βs 23,676 peak. Not bad, especially considering it lacks any connection to previous titles in terms of characters and setting.
