Certainly, the deft combination of its third-person shooter, bullet-hell sensibilities together with a sprinkling of roguelike mechanics effectively fashioned an offering which not only leaned deeply into developer Housemarques own arcade shooter heritage, but also officially heralded the elevation of that studio into the AAA PlayStation 5 exclusive playground
