It should come as no surprise, but PlayStation has confirmed the development of MLB The Show 26. The baseball sim is still being developed by San Diego Studio. Although it has no release date just yet, it’s expected to be around March 2026.
The developers have stated that they want to focus on offering realistic gameplay and the opportunity to experience the ultimate player journey. The systems will be more in-depth, immersive, and challenging, all based on feedback from the community.
All we can do now is wait for the first trailer to be released.
