Focus Home Interactive and Asobo Studio have published a blog post about the story of Sophia, the heroine of the game Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. It is still expected to release this year on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
In addition to giving us a new glimpse of the protagonist through previously unseen visuals, the French studio mentioned that the release of this episode « is imminent ». The coming months of development will focus on testing, balancing, and fine-tuning the gameplay mechanics. The teams have final adjustments to make, as well as final recording sessions and the completion of the soundtrack.
In other words, production is nearing completion, and a definitive release date should be announced soon.
