Reportedly, Netflix is seriously considering acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery

There are many contenders to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. Among the multinationals interested in this sale is, of course, the American giant Netflix.

According to Deadline, Netflix has hired investment bank Moelis & Co to explore a possible takeover bid. If the SVOD specialist were to acquire all of Warner Bros. Discovery’s assets, it would also become the owner of video game studios Rocksteady (Batman Arkham), Avalanche (Hogwarts Legacy), TT Games (LEGO games), and even NetherRealms (Mortal Kombat).

Netflix has so far declined to comment publicly on the Deadline article. This usually suggests that there is some truth to such rumors.
