Red Dead Redemption – Netflix iOS vs PC Graphics Comparison

Red Dead Redemption is finally available on more platforms than ever, this includes the PS5, XBOX Series, Switch 2, and even a mobile version that can be accessed via a Netflix subscription or a standard purchase. While every console and PC version of this newly enhanced Red Dead Redemption includes 60FPS, enhanced image quality, and HDR support all wrapped in a nice 4K package. The Netflix and Mobile versions feature a lower resolution and frame rate, but hey…that’s a pretty fair trade off for Red Dead Redemption to run on a cell phone. In this video we compare the graphics of the PC version with the settings turned all the way up, to the Netflix version played on an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Gameplay captured on a PC via a GTX 5090 and an iPhone 17 Pro Max plugged into a capture card.

I completely agree! It’s interesting to see how the graphics vary across platforms, especially considering the advancements in technology. The enhancements on PC can really showcase the game’s stunning landscapes and details in a way that the consoles may not fully capture.
