Ready or Not: Boiling Point DLC is out now with three new maps

Having teased their new DLC expansion last week, Void Interactive has now fully revealed and released the Ready or Not: Boiling Point DLC, bringing three new maps, more cosmetics, and some free guns and updates to the game.

The city of Los Sueños faces an existential crisis through Boiling Point’s three levels, as a gruesome terror attack leads to mass unrest and protest, and even a push to topple the local government.

There’s three levels in the Boiling Point DLC:

  • ‘No Good Deed’
  • ‘All Gods Burn’
  • ‘A New America’

Owning the DLC and hosting a multiplayer lobby will allow non-DLC owners to play as well.

There’s then the following DLC exclusive cosmetics:

  • ADV Headset (multiple colorways)
  • Tactical Beanie (variant w/ Headset, multiple colorways)
  • Tactical Cap (Forward and Backward Variants, w/ 2x Comms Headset options and multiple colorways)
  • Bone Conduction Tactical Headset
  • Single-Ear Radio Headset (Black and OD Green)
  • Tactical Rebreather Gasmask
  • ‘Artemis’ Heavy Tactical Vest Cosmetic Variant (multiple colorways)
  • Machinex Fingerless Gloves
  • 4 DLC Exclusive Tattoos
  • Chameleon Boots
  • 2 more Tattoos (available after fully completing Boiling Point missions)
  • 2 more Cosmetic Items (available after fully completing Boiling Point missions)

Alongside the Boiling Point DLC, a free update adds new weapons to the arsenal, regardless of DLC ownership. This include the G18-C Pistol (which is capable of full-auto fire), S2011-P Pistol, and RTWC-6.5 Battle Rifle. New attachments then include the RMO Sight w/ 3x Magnification and a multi laser/IR/Flashlight combo.

The Boiling Point DLC is available separately for $9.99 / £7.99, in a kind of three-for-two Mission Pass bundle with all three DLCs for $19.99 / £14.99, or in a new Deluxe Edition with base game and all three expansions for $69.99 / £59.99.

Ready or Not is the hit tactical SWAT shooter, which hit version 1.0 in 2023 after several years in Steam Early Access, before jumping to consoles last year. In our review for the console launch, Miguel said, “Ready Or Not is an incredible co-op experiencing, blending tough-as-nails encounters with hilarious co-op shenanigans and dynamic objectives. It isn’t nearly as much fun singleplayer, but it’s definitely just as tense.”
