What’s New in PS Plus’ Game Catalog for October 2025

Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for October 2025, and it’s a perfect lineup for the spooky season.

Right off the bat, we have the Silent Hill 2 remake as the headliner for this update, which only has nine new games coming to the subscription service. Blooper Team’s take on the horror classic made waves last year and it’s great to see more people can explore the insane world of Silent Hill this month.

Extra and Premium/Deluxe members are also getting the remake of Until Dawn. This story-driven player choice horror story jump-started Supermassive Games’ start of being the studio known for interactive horror games.

Another nice addition is V Rising, a survival base building action game where you play a newly risen vampire aiming to rebuild their castle, enslave humans, and feast on various bosses throughout the map to get stronger. It’s a solid game even in its early access state, but now been fully released for a while now.

All these games will become available for PS Plus members starting October 21.

The Monthly Games for October 2025 also features a great game for the spooky season, as all subscribers can add Alan Wake 2 to their account, as well as Goat Simulator 3, and Cocon.
