Pokémon Legends: Z-A has dozens of main and side missions, and most of their objectives are fairly straightforward. However, in the mission “Reaching Rank D,” Emma requests a Pokémon that knows the move Ice Beam, which can be learned naturally by most ice-type Pokémon (typically around levels 35-40), or you can find the TM to instantly teach it to an eligible Pokémon.
