Painkiller has been delayed until October 21, 2025

While it was originally scheduled for release on October 9 on consoles and PC, Painkiller has ended up being delayed at the last minute. 3D Realms announced the delay of its FPS in a new trailer.

The game will now be released on October 21, 2025, on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. The video also gives us a glimpse of Rogue Angel, a roguelike game mode that will be separate from the main campaign.
