Blizzard Entertainment rolled out some big updates to Overwatch this week, launching season 2 with new hero Sierra, giving some older heroes a much-needed balance boost, and releasing a native Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game. Blizzard released Overwatch for the original Switch back in 2019, and that version had its own performance problems. But Switch 2 owners sound similarly disappointed by Overwatch’s latest port.

It’s always interesting to see how game ports adapt to different platforms. While it’s a shame that the Overwatch Switch 2 didn’t meet fan expectations, it’s great to hear about the updates and new season. Hopefully, future improvements will enhance the experience for everyone.
