NVIDIA is expected to increase production of the RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti with 8 GB, and reduce the 16 GB ones

NVIDIA is reportedly planning to increase the supply of GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti cards with 8 GB of VRAM, while reducing the availability of versions with 16 GB of memory, namely the RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB and RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB.

According to a [report](https://wccftech.com/nvidia-expected-to-increase-rtx-5060 -and-rtx-5060-ti-8gb-supply/) published by Wccftech, the shortage of video memory (VRAM) is complicating the production of 16 GB models, prompting NVIDIA to prioritize 8 GB GPUs, which are less expensive to manufacture and easier to source. The RTX 5060 8GB and RTX 5060 Ti 8GB are expected to account for an even larger share of the market supply.

As a result, the recent rise in GPU prices could continue due to demand for AI and constraints on other components such as RAM and SSDs.
