Now You See Me 3 review: Not the sequel we waited for

Atlas is explaining to the crowd how he plans to trick them, but it turns out, he was preparing to trick us, the viewers, as well. Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is a fine movie β€” although it does have some glaring flaws β€” but its biggest sin is promising a long-awaited sequel only to deliver something completely different: it’s a reboot masquerading as a sequel, aka a requel.
