Nintendo dropped another livestream today, and this time, the focus was on indie games. The short broadcast ran for just over 15 minutes, and like previous Indie World Showcase events, it provided a closer look at several indie games coming to Switch and Switch 2 consoles in the future.
In case you missed it, you can also catch up on recent Nintendo livestreams, like last month’s Partner Showcase and Pokemon Presents. Each one offered quite a few announcements, including a release date for the upcoming port of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth alongside several games from Bethesda Game Studios, while Pokemon Presents ended with a first look at next year’s new mainline game, Pokemon Winds and Waves.
Denshattack

Denshattack–which can be best described as Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater meets runaway train energy–was one of the best demos of Steam Next Fest, and now Nintendo Switch owners can try it out for themselves. A new demo is available on the Switch eShop ahead of Denshattack’s release on June 17.
My Little Puppy

Do we have our GOTY winner already? Maybe, because My Little Puppy looks like an adorable adventure starring a Welshi Corgi. It’s headed to Switch consoles on May 29.
Heave Ho 2

Heave Ho 2 features several big enhancements to the original game’s formula of physics-based co-op gameplay. It’ll launch in Q3 2026 for Switch consoles.
Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault

Will is back in business in Moonlighter 2, as players will embark on dungeon runs, take on challenging foes, and put their hard-earned treasure on sale. It’ll be opening up shop later this year on Switch 2.
Woodo

A cozy diorama game, Woodo follows the story of Foxy the Fox as you assemble moments from their adventures. The game will be coming together–one piece at a time–in Q3 2026 for Switch consoles.
Minishoot Adventures

One of the best twin-stick shooters on PC, Minishoot Adventures, is now available for Switch and Switch 2 consoles. You can also grab it via Game Pass for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
The Midnight Walk

Released last year for PC and PS5, The Midnight Walk is a dark adventure from the minds behind Lost in Random. It’s coming to Switch 2 on March 26.
Rotwood

After the world is thrown into chaos, it’s up to you and your friends to save the day from frenzied monsters in Rotwood. The Switch 2 console-exclusive launches later today.
Mixtape

A roadtrip adventure that follows three friends on their final night of high school, Mixtape sees you relive their greatest memories through the power of music. It’s coming to Switch consoles on May 7.
Blighted

A challenging metroidvania with psychedelic visuals and nuanced combat, Blighted is a brand-new game from the creators of Guacamelee and Nobody Saves the World. It’s currently scheduled to launch in Q4 2026 for Switch 2.
Deadzone Rogue

Deadzone Rogue launched in August 2025 for PC, but Switch 2 owners can grab the sci-fi FPS roguelike on March 17.
What’s that smell? It’s a sizzle reel!
