Following the unexpected reveal of Star Fox last week, gamers are now waiting for a full-fledged Nintendo Direct to highlight upcoming titles for the Switch 2. The last actual broadcast was back in September 2025.
However, the Japanese company may well decide to prioritize third-party publishers first. Indeed, insider Nash Weedle appears to be teasing the upcoming broadcast of a Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase. The most recent installment of this format dedicated to Nintendo’s partners aired last February.
As a result, titles like Mario, Zelda, and other exclusive productions may not be shown right away.
