French developer Quantic Dream’s upcoming Star Wars game, Star Wars Eclipse, remains in development, the studio confirmed today. The game was announced all the way back in 2021 and hasn’t gotten many updates since then, but people fearing the worst can breathe a sigh of relief.
“Of course, development of Star Wars: Eclipse continues, and we are eager to share more with you in the future,” the developer said in a blog post.
The game takes place during the High Republic era. That period, set before any of the Star Wars films, finds the Republic at its peak, but there are threats to the galaxy that players have to deal with.
